April 26th-A Case of the Hives for Liv =(
Liv started having fevers off and on from the beginning of April. Finally, out of the blue, she broke out in a horrible rash. I'd never seen hives, so I was slightly freaked out. I took her to the drs finally. They said she had an allergic reaction to the fever/virus. Huh? Either way, poor kid was miserable for a couple of days. The below pics were taken (and no, that one, she isn't naked. She's in her undies at the drs office) Took a few days for the fever to finally go away. I made sure that we had 2 different sets of bloodwork to make sure everything was ok.

April 24th-Easter-Crazy Straw!
The Easter bunny (AKA Nana) got Jake a crazy straw that you wear like glasses. I am thankful that he hasn't remembered this since Easter. He did look funny, though =)
April 17th-Easter Thru The Years...
Every year I take pics of the kids wearing their Easter ears and peep glasses, in the same chair, in the same position. I'm sadly missing 3 years. I can't seem to find the pics, but here's what I have. Can you believe how much they've grown?!?!?!?

The Legend of the Case of Bud Light...
So, Brett ended up buying a 24 case of Bud Light for a friend, who did something for him. It took us awhile to get it to him. In the meantime, this Bud Light found it's way around the house. It kept getting in my way, so I'd move it here and there. It became a running joke on Facebook because everyone would notice the Bud Light in the background on pictures I posted.
It started with Jake playing the Wii, while taking a treatment. Notice the Bud Light on the couch...
And sitting next to Jake while in Time Out...
Liv used it as a table, then left it in the middle of the room. Because the Bud light became such a legend, I took a picture of it "watching" Tv...
And then Liv decided to use it as a chair, while watching TV...
Jake found it handy to sit on while playing his DS...
We finally gave it to it's rightful owner. The legend's now been drank. That Bud Light had a good life, while it lasted...
April 14th-You Talkin' to ME???
This is Hammy, Jake's hamster. She's my one woman entertainment committee. I secretly consider her mine. Why? Because I clean her cage, feed her, water her, talk to her. You know the drill. Anyway, I caught her chewing on her cage, trying to break free (she does this nightly-I don't have the heart to tell her it's futile) so I opened up her cage, and the look she gave me was classic.
